FAQ

What are your pieces made of?

Each piece is a premium framed art print, printed with rich, fade-resistant inks and framed by our professional print partner. Frame style is listed on each product page. All texture, gold tones and relief effects you see are part of the printed image; the surface is smooth.

What sizes do you offer?

Sizes vary by design and are listed on each product page, from 16x24" up to a statement 40x60". Our Signature sets come as multi-panel sets of 40x60" panels. Need a different size? Email us.

Do the pieces arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Every piece arrives framed and ready to hang.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

Free shipping to the US, UK, Europe & Canada. We ship free to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and most EU countries (not Cyprus or Malta). Europe and Canada delivery usually takes 3–8 working days after dispatch. For other countries, email info@klamonartwall.com before ordering and we will check if we can deliver to you.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, and delivery usually 5–10 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Can I return my order?

Because each piece is made to order for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the secure payment options shown at checkout, processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your full card details.

What does "limited edition" mean on Signature pieces?

Signature pieces are released in a fixed number of editions, shown on each product page. Each edition is capped; once sold out it will not be reprinted.
