Refund policy

Returns, damage and defects
Because every piece is printed and framed to order just for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind (for example, if you no longer want the piece or chose the wrong size). Please check sizes before ordering, and email us if you would like help choosing.

Damaged or defective items are replaced free
If your piece arrives damaged, has a printing or framing defect, or is not the item you ordered, email info@klamonartwall.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damage or defect (and of the packaging, if it was damaged)
We will send you a free replacement, at no cost to you. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you in full. You will not need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order, before it goes into production.
